2 1/2 hours

I just wasted two hours at work. That turns my addiction into theft and dishonesty. A subtle way I could make restitution is comming in early and working for free. I just don't what I could do that would be productive. It would help if I worked in UI and could upload claims for everyone. I think I owe the Idaho Department of Labor about a weeks worth of wasted time. If I gave back 30 minutes a day, it would take 16 weeks or three months to make up for lost time. I could do that and live with clean concience.

Today, I need to concentrate on getting done what I don't want to do. I need to call all my participants and see what's up.

Interesting thought
"I don't even want to think of how much time I stole over the life of my addiction. I guess I can try not to steal more in the future."

"My brethren who are caught in this addiction or troubled by this temptation, there is a way. Don’t accommodate any degree of temptation. Prevent sin and avoid having to deal with its inevitable destruction. So, turn it off! Look away! Avoid it at all costs. Direct your thoughts in wholesome paths. Please heed these warnings. Let us all improve our personal behavior and redouble our efforts to protect our loved ones and our environment from the onslaught of ography that threatens our spirituality, our marriages, and our children.
