Well, today I feel stronger and have a greater resolve. I really appreciate the "counsel" previously from beclean. It provided much needed understanding and advice which I pledge to follow.Today begins. And tonight I will report to Heavenly Father my results of this day knowing that he awaits as he does with all his children

"I am excited for this new day for you. You are not your addiction. You have so many other things you can do and focus on. You have a loving Heavenly Father. Draw near to him as best you can. Go learn more about yourself--what things do you like besides your addiction? Do you like reading? movies? computers? hiking? camping?

Have a great day three. And always keep going!"

Congrats Day 3!
"Just keep taking one day at a time. By asking for help in the morning and reporting your success at night, you will definitely start to feel closer to our Heavenly Father. The closer you are, the easier it is to recognize his hand in helping you through each day."

"My brethren who are caught in this addiction or troubled by this temptation, there is a way. Don’t accommodate any degree of temptation. Prevent sin and avoid having to deal with its inevitable destruction. So, turn it off! Look away! Avoid it at all costs. Direct your thoughts in wholesome paths. Please heed these warnings. Let us all improve our personal behavior and redouble our efforts to protect our loved ones and our environment from the onslaught of ography that threatens our spirituality, our marriages, and our children.
